Data Protection

Privacy and security are the foundations of this service, not an afterthought.

Isolation by default

Every record in your plan is tied to your account and protected by row-level access rules in the database. One account can never read another account’s data.

What we refuse to hold

We do not ask for and will not store banking passwords, PINs, online banking security answers or any other authentication credentials.

Passwords

Account passwords are handled by our authentication provider and stored only as salted hashes. They are never held in the application database in readable form.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your data at any time. You may also complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland.
