Add details and locations for a will, Enduring Power of Attorney, Advance Healthcare Directive and other important records. When I’m Gone does not create these documents, offer legal or medical advice, or currently upload files.

Access

Who can access your information?

You decide what you record and who you nominate. Your plan is designed to keep your information private while we carefully develop secure ways to make selected information available to the right people.

Access should be permission-based.

Today, you can record one trusted person’s contact details and change them at any time. This does not invite them or give them access. Trusted-person invitations, detailed permissions, incapacity access and verified release after death are planned. We will never assume that a nominated person should automatically see everything.

No banking credentials

We never ask you to record online banking passwords, PINs or security answers.

Share selectively

Permission-based sharing is our direction. Invitations and granular access are planned and are not active today.

Update your records and trusted-person contact, or permanently delete your account from Settings.

Our future vision

A simpler future for bereavement administration.

We believe there should be a simpler way for families to manage the practical tasks that follow a death. Our long-term vision is to explore partnerships and integrations that could help people navigate notifications and administration more easily.

These services are not available today. We do not currently contact banks, Revenue, government departments, insurers or utility providers.
